Clean laundry mat and teller has GREAT customer service!

They opened as advertised. Nice, clean machines and interior. It is a brand new building, so I would like to see how it is maintained. Great prices for supplies. The machines are ran by a card system, which eliminate the need for quarters. So far, so good.

enthralled with the kindness of all staff. SO lovely. :) above & beyond. small children's area with a dry erase board - maybe bring markers... pay-to-use massage chair. vending. books and table at children's area. wonderful. feels like a business ran by compassionate people. last wash at 8pm.

Very safe, nice environment,quick and easy we were in and out, everyone was chill and quiet, the machines were new, and could handle really big loads! Uncle Buck was the attendant on duty that day and he was great, showed us the machines, the prices, how to load the card and was very professional! Definitely felt comfortable as this location!

I don't dislike the place I can't seem to do laundry if I show up at 9. Pm. I was ask what did I want to do? Hmm laundry? No your not, we don't let no one in after 9pm. We have to clean up. Ok their are several things that could have happened, but I am leaving to spend my money elsewhere because the man with the mop needs a whole hour to get it done and I can't get my 2 loads of clothes clean here. Thanks for the job well...,.

Dear customer, I am sorry Our closing time is 10:00PM and last wash is at 9:00PM we would like and hope our customer stick to this schedule, every now and then this schedule can not be followed by the customer for any reason. My employee should have permitted you to do you laundry even if he could not stay till closing time which is 10:00PM. Our Laundromat is totally automated, we can remotely open,close,lock and unlock the doors, switch the lights,TV and A/C till the time you finish you laundry.
To avoid this happening in the future I am posting a sign for customer to call me to accommodate them if they stay or arrive late. I will remotely have the laundromat stay open for their convenience to finish their laundry.
Our business thrive with satisfied and happy customers,we will do our best to achieve that. Thank you.
