Bag was about 5 lbs and they charged me $16. The largest wash load was only $11 so how are you charging so much for 7 pieces of items that can go in a $3 washer???? Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off

12/14/2020, second time using the Laundry Lounge on 66th & Lebanon Avenue..this time I used there pick up service via a third party, because of the time I wanted to drop clothes off to be washed and folded...its at this time I'm told my clothes will be ready for pick up the next day 12/15 at 9:30am, however after texting the Owner informing her I would arrive around 10:30am I'm exactly 2min away she stated to me I had missed my Window for picking up @ 9:30am and would have to wait until 8pm to pick up my clothes...There are 3 other Laundry Services in the area with less Restrictions. I Really wanted to Patronize a New Black Owned Business in the Area.

Usually clean.. But must go between 7am and 8am or else it's kind of crowded.
