I just saw this review that you posted before we talked yesterday. When we met, I explained and show an example to you and your husband that sheep skin imitation type of fabric varies in quality, unfortunately nowadays, price/brand does not equal quality. Your jacket was cleaned per manufacturer instructions and unfortunately nobody knows how this type of fabric will react until after it has been cleaned. It is unfortunate that your jacket looked bad after cleaning it but it was going to happen anywhere you would have taken it. After giving you the above explanation, I said that I wanted to solve the issue as best as possible. So thank you for being understanding even though the solution was not perfect for neither one of us. We are here to serve you if you decide to use our services again.
