just an fyi they will NOT let you bring in your grand baby’s reusable diapers. i run a daycare out of my mobile home (trailer) and only use my hand sewn cloth diapers. yes they get stinky. but these babys need clean diapers. i brought in a large trash bag full of soiled ones and was promptly told i needed to leave. ridiculous.
Angela- You must have us mixed up with another laundromat. We have never asked anyone to leave with soiled cloth diapers. The only items we don't allow are horse blankets. We agree 100% baby's need clean diapers, and commend you for using cloth instead of disposable. Have a great day and a Happy Thanksgiving.
The card reader keeps overcharging me. I put my clothes in the large washers, the ones that cost $6.75 Per use, and both of the machines charged me $10. So I payed $20 for what should have only been $13.50. It happened before and figured it was a fluke. Huge scam, they don’t refund the money. There’s no way to get in touch with anyone. Don’t waste your time or money.
Taylor- Sorry for any confusion. The credit card company puts a $10.00 hold on any customers account at the moment they slide a card.( debit or credit) They keep this hold for 2 hrs. (assuming you will be done your washing and drying in that time frame) After the 2hr. hold, the account is only charged what is spent. They hold in $10.00 increments. So, when a customer charges anything above $10.00 they hold an additional $10.00, but again only charge your account for the services used.(after the 2hr. hold) Please have a look at your account and contact me if you were overcharged. I just checked on my end, and you were charged for 2-$6.75 washes and 3- $1.00 dryers. You can always contact us at: laundromat99winooski@gmail.com, or (802) 399-2264. Good environment, all new equipment and good prices but I experience quite bit of less watering while washing.

Great laundry mat very big and spacious and even has a vending machine. Only downside is that some machines are always out of order. Other than that good place
Kahmiley- Thanks for the wonderful review. We really appreacite your time in doing so. We take care of most maintance issues in house, and work hard to have everything up and running. We do, however, have 1-20lb. washer that has been out of order for quite some time. The machine needs a bearing job, and the tech. we use for this lives in NYC. He has not traveled due to Covid restrictions. Now that things are opening up, we hope to get on his schedule soon. We do have 5 other washers the same size, but appologize for any inconvieince.
Best laundry prices in town and the owner is super nice! He stops by what I assume is daily to clean the laundromat and make sure everything is running smoothly.

Filthy and just don't go here if you look American. Been being denied access by other patrons for 6 years and even had the owner threaten to tow my car once while it was sitting in the lot with $200 worth of laundry waiting for our turn to use the facilities. Worst possible place to go.
Carrie- I am very sorry to hear this. Please note that we are an unattended laundromat and work hard to keep the place clean. I am not sure what an American looks like, but everyone is welcome at our facility to do their laundry. We operate on a first come, first serve basis. You must have us confused with another location. I am the owner and have never threatened to tow a car of a patron waiting to use the laundromat. Again, I am sorry you have had a negative experience.
Too many drug deal in the parking lot for my liking. I don't feel safe here so I no longer do my laundry here.

Nicest laundromat I've been to. Dave, the owner, is a really nice guy. He comes in and cleans a couple times a day so it's really clean. It has free wifi for it's patrons. Also love that the machines have card readers so you don't have to use quarters. It's really convenient. Great place!
