New here, needed a place to do laundry while awaiting the new one. I was soooo hesitant to try somewhere. BLESSED to find this place. The reviews were 100% correct. From the time we entered parked, they helped us understand and learn their system (you can pay cash or use the app). Assists with understanding which washers to use for various loads (lbs. max are indicated on each washer). Continually checked on to see if assistance was needed while figuring out where to place the bleach vs fabric softener. The washers are all clean, smelled great, and ready for use. When I say clean, even the dispensers. I KNOW! I couldn't believe it. But not just that. The rolling baskets were clean and not worn. The washers are clean and smelled great, the dryers were clean and required 10-20 minutes only! ... and they spinned to keep my laundry from getting wrinkled! The tables are clean and absolutely no need to wipe down with the lysol wipes I thought I would need. Nope! Not at this place. It was spotless!!! Even... get this... the floors. The floors were so clean they were shining with the light. I thought WOW🥰. I felt bad to walk on the floor as they make sure it is clean at all times. But I'm not done. My daughter went to the restrooms to look for paper towels as we didn't want to leave a drop off detergent that dripped while pouring. She mentioned it was spotless as well. You could tell from the moment you walk in, they take great pride in offering a clean, relaxing atmosphere to do your laundry. If I could give it 10 stars. I'm no spring chicken, but this was by far the best laundromat I have EVER been to in my life and I've lived in 7 states. I'm a germaphobe and carry my lysol wipes & spray, wet ones, and hand sanitizer in the car with me at all times. I felt absolutely no need to use any of it while doing my laundry. With the 500+ reviews they already have it looked like we were there very first customers yet we knew we weren't. I am heavy on customer service and cleanliness...a loyal customer when I find a great place. If I ever need a laundromat again in the Houston area, no matter how near or far I live, I will come here. Hands down. To the woman that assisted us this evening. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! For the kind smile, much needed assistance, and thoroughly keeping it clean.

Excellent service at this laundromat. Every time I take my clothes, they come out spotless. I especially want to highlight Yuli's service; she's very kind, responsible, and always has a smile for her customers. You can tell she's dedicated to her work, and she makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

Kind people, clean and alots Machines! Top of the line , u can use an app to pay ur services, toys and books for kids to hang out free WiFi , vending machines David is the guy to go too!!! My second time coming since its new place !!!

It is a very clean and organized laundry, its machines do not smell bad, I love it so much because apart from being able to wash, I can do it calmly with my daughter because they also have a play area and finally, the guy David is the one who is always there and whenever someone arrives, he finds a way to help and if you do not know English, he speaks Spanish so you can understand him very well customer service. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

I have been to many laundromats and this is the best one. Clean and easy to use. The employee, Julie, is nice and helpful. I wish this place was closer to home. I only came here because it's near my sons school and I was killing time.
