Update::: its not about tje money at this point. It wasnt until i did this reviw that you acknowledged my complaint and that saus a lot about how you do business. I do reviews. Thats my business. True to my experiences. Thank you, hope this helps to improve your business. Went there first time Sunday November 9th. Had issues,, put in 6$ and machine wanted 2.50$ more when it only cost 6. Push the button to return my money got nothing. I know it was weekend and holiday,, but I called and left them a message. Still no response from anyone, todY is the 17th November and they had plenty of time to review the video,, they have cameras up,, and see,, I have pics also. They a rip off and no help. There's a laundry in Springdale that if you have and issue,, call them and they will be there right away to fix it. They the real service not this place.

We are sorry you had trouble with the washer. These new machines have different programs $6.00 and up depending on the selection. For example if you want an extra heavy duty wash etc… that would be the only reason it would request the additional money. The facility itself was quite clean and charming.

The guy who went hiding in the back room at 9pm bitching cause I was drying my clothing after my dryer went down for unexpectedly repairs had a serious negative vibe.

I was literally there for maybe 45-50 mins.

I would also like to point out it ws my 1st time ever going here.

Alot of machines had notes stating they work out of service and the soda machine that stated "bills only please" wouldn't take either of my $1.00 bills.

Went here for the first time last week, place was really clean. All the washers appear to be new, as with most of the dryers, which is really nice. I'll definitely be back.
