Rough neighborhood! I didn't like paying $1 to get a card to wash (that's the only way you can wash). Machines don't take money. I was visiting from Colorado so I also didn't like if you don't use all the money, you lose it. Oh & there was also a huge roach walking around that had commandeered the place.

Today one of their washers broke and didn't finish cleaning my clothes. I came back to my clothes after leaving the laundry mat for a few minutes to find the cycle completed with water everywhere and my clothes still full of soap and bleach.

The man who worked here said I'm more then welcome to put them in the dryer however he would not be able to let me rewash them free of charge. Why would I put soapy clothes in the dryer? He made it seem like I did something wrong when I should be upset? He tried to interrogate me and see why their washer broke? The least he could have done was apologize for the inconvenience.

So now I have to repay to wash my work shirts and waste time I don't have because I have to restart the wash.

*The issue has been fixed and I appreciate you addressing my concern

This place took my money, insert my card into the machine just like it said did not work told the man in charge he was totally disrespectful explaining how it works, I already knew found out each time it "didnt" work it took my money. The man who works here said ,"Dont come back", trust me I wont!

Always clean and workers are real helpful. Lost some money in a machine and the worker got it put back on my card then also called to let me know it had credited back. Great place!!
