Was visiting from out of town and had to do laundry. They use a laundry card system which is cool. The cost of your first card is $1 and then you can load it at the self serve terminal using cash or card. There were lots of machines to use and carts to move your laundry around. Overall a good experience. You need to swipe your card to use the washroom as well but it was clean when I used it.

This is not a coin operating laundromat... you will have to purchase a card. If you don't put enough money on your card, then the minimum amount you can add is $5. For a one-time customer this is very inconvienet.
The washer only washes for 16 minutes or 19 on heavy duty cycle. The washers are dirty with mold inside of the soap dispenser. Clothes came out moderately wet and did not feel like they were warm from the hot cycle.
Dryers took over 30 minutes as cloths were wet.

"Coin Laundry" is an industry term, should you have coins then they can be exchanged with our attendant on staff. We have a laundry card system so that we can better assist our customers and service our machines.
You have also been misinformed as there is not a minimum or maximum amount that you can add to your laundry card. Your laundry card will never expire and can be used at any one of our locations.
We recommend that you fill your washer half way to 3/4 full so that your clothes have space to wash. Please note that feeling the front of the washing machine is not an indicator of the temperature of the water.
Lastly, our washers are serviced regularly however, we are a self - service laundromat so if you see a washer that does need attention please advise an attendant or call the phone number that is posted so that it can be addressed.
What a joke this is. You have to pay a dollar just to get a card and then you have to load money onto their card. There are virtually no instructions posted anywhere on the machines. The dryers have to be loaded for time by inserting their card multiple times to get to your desired drying time. I will never come back here, ever.

Your laundry card never expires, offering long-term convenience; the card can be used at any one of our Las Vegas Coin Laundry locations.
As for the dryers, this lets our customers choose how much dry time they would like and gives more flexibility.
