3 reviewsI took 3 pants and 4 shirts to them to just Heavy starch and he charged $68.59 for nothing because my clothes is still wrinkled worse now then when I took them. NOT A GOOD COMPANY AT ALL AND WILL NEVERRRRR GO BACK TO THEM.
Asked for a formal gown to be altered. Extra fabric to be cut out for it to fit properly. Instead I have large odd shaped bunches of fabric on my shoulders. It wasn’t even sown evenly. My $400 gown still with tags on it ruined.
I dropped 9 pieces off on 1/7/21. I was told it would be ready on 1/12/21. Due to work schedule and forgetting, I didn’t pick it up until today (1/18/21). Masks are required. They do a really good job with precautions. When paying, they Sanitized my card before giving it back to me and sanitized the pen before giving it to me. Kudos to them for that!
The quality of the work was good. No complaints at all. The unfortunate part is the prices. For 9 pieces, I was charged $67! That’s CRAZYYYYY!!!!! I only started getting my stuff dry cleaned because a co Worker did it for me for Christmas and I thought that I really should be dry cleaning my dress shirts (and others) versus washing. They didn’t give me a price up front when I dropped off and I didn’t ask because I didn’t think it would be that much, considering how much my co Worker had paid (note: she went somewhere else). This location is close to my house. Convenience was the main reason for choosing this location. I should’ve read the reviews first. It would’ve saved me money. I was NOT expecting to spend that much money. My pea coat was missing a button on the sleeve. They replaced it, and charged me $6 for a button! They didn’t even call and ask me if I wanted it!
I was really debating between 2/3 stars. Sanitation procedures and work quality ultimately led to the 3. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
