I called and talked to a lady who was very nice, she told me she would have the boss call me, he called me and wouldn’t even listen to my concerns about the pricing that I was unaware of. He was very short and rude. My blankets don’t smell fresh at all and half my stuff is still damp. I knew they would be because I could see The condensation in the bags when my mom dropped my laundry to me. My daughters have been sick that’s why I didn’t pick them up myself. Not happy with the customer service or the job that was done on my comforters and blankets. I’m hesitant on calling to see if they’ll wash them again because of the incident on the phone with the boss.

Please know I put the social distancing policies in place to protect our customers and ourselves. We have stayed open throughout the pandemic and I introduced these policies early on because it seems clear that prolonged contact with others inside an enclosed place is high risk. While it has upset some people, others recognize and appreciate we are just trying to keep everyone as safe as possible. Believe me, I understand your frustration with not being able to fold your clothes in the store, and I assure you we will get back to normal just as soon as distancing is no longer required.
