Best laundromat. Even when busy, it's never a long wait to access a washer in your preferred size. The free dryers are also very nice.

Horrible experience here basically got robbed machine ate my coins then they issue you a refund slip they have no cash on premise nor do they have maintenance man horrible horrible customer service please take your business elsewhere Kansas City got to do better

Sucked! Washers & dryers don't work properly. Cost me $13 to do 1 load of laundry. They charge for dryers on Sundays. I'll go back to my laundry place!

Machine over charged me $1.25. before I left the same machine had done it to someone else. The attendant just shrugged it off. How hard is it to put a piece of tape over a coin slot until the machine works correctly. I'm done. Long time customer not going back.

I knew this laundromat wasn't the best but the best one near the NE, in North KC, recently closed down and I needed to get laundry done. The laundromat was quite busy even though its machines are expensive even with the free drying. The free drying you have to sit and watch your machines to restart the ten minute cycle. You can put quarters in the dryers for more time but apparently at your own hazard. I tried to buy more time and the dryer only gave me one more minute. I asked the attendant if I could get my quarter back, and she started her reply with, "You're not supposed to do that so it's your fault and we don't have to do anything about it." If she had just said sorry no, that would have been one thing, but she instead blamed me for not being aware of a rule not posted anywhere. Never coming back here.
