Journal Square Laundry it is the place to do your laundry, no doubt!!!, it is very clean,, neat, and as always, as soon as you walk in customers are greeted, the machines are new and do a fantastic job!!! There is no other place in the Journal Square area to go and do your laundry.

Wonderful laundromat the older guy and younger girl are always nice and helpful but the indian guy is disrespectful he needs to learn how to talk to people correctly .

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! I SWEAR I WOULD NEVER EVER COME TO THIS LAUNDRY AGAIN!!!!!!!!

It's very convenient for me to use this laundry since it's near my apartment, but the owner's attitude is extremely rude, especially today!

My first bad experience was when I dropped off my clothes for dry cleaning, and the owner said it would be $30, then I told him that the sign out front says '10 off the first 3 orders for new customers, but he said he could only give me $5 off. he didn't explain to me why and looks impatient. I don't want to argue with him, so I paid the price.

I had my second bad experience today, which made me never want to go back to this place. I put two quarters in the dryer, but it didn't work, so I called the owner, who blamed me, saying it says out of order and that there is tape covering the slot where coins can be inserted. I tried to explain that the display isn't clear and the tape for a credit card is torn off, and the tape for covering the slot is damaged, but he just cut me off by saying you don't understand me and didn't give me a chance to explain.

He wasn't listening, so I gave up trying to explain and kept silent. I transferred my clothing to another dryer as I did what he told me, but as I was doing so, he continued to nag me, which I could not tolerate. I raised my voice to explain why I had done what I had, but he cut me off again, saying don't yell, and "you don't understand me" once again. These words have been repeated three times for me.

Although English is not my first language, I studied for my master's degree in the US for two years, and have been working at a 500 company as a professional for over five years. I understand English, and I totally comprehend what you were saying, but I would appreciate it if you listened patiently to your customer, and did not act rudely.

Overpriced. Underpowered machines that don't clean your laundry. Strange older man working there who stares at you, makes loud noises, and blocks the entrance staring into space. Employees will argue with you about any issues you have.
