These people rock!!! Being in New York and the west village specifically, having a washer dryer is as common as finding a non finance guy in that city (lol). I needed a place and preferred wash and fold as nothing was within a 5 min walk so Iโm not lugging my stuff.
I went on the website and did the pick up choice, super easy and booked for early the next day. It sends a tracking link and the driver is always on time to pick up. You can tip the driver on there too.
The laundry takes 24 hours (today it was done in 4 hours and they delivered it back same day, crazy!) and so clean and folded nicely.
I lost my debit card aka I left them in my pants and they texted me saying they found it and will include in the drop off. So awesome. The prices best of all are super reasonable, I think it was not even $20 for one large bag!!

They are super quick and reliable. They take good care of your clothes and won't just blindly wash something if you accidentally put something in that will get ruined in your laundry.
