64 reviewsGot my car towed while I was in front of 7/11. Do not wash your clothes here. Multiple out of order machines. And they do shady business with tow company. Save the headache.
👎🏼👎🏼Today 7 out of 14 dryers were out of service causing long wait times. Card is only possible for 3 and 6 load washers, which are more expensive. The only outlet in the whole room does not work so I can’t even charge my phone while I wait. I will not be back. …
Handy to anyone in Wakiki hotels. Clean, 24 hr operations and monitored. A normal load runs $3.50, and they have some washers that you can do a double load in ($7.00). Dryers are $2.00. I did 3 loads and was in and out in an hour. Not much seating I side, but there is a 7-11 next door if you are hungry or thirsty.
Many washers broken. The one that I did use broke halfway through. Customer service line does not get you through to a human. Expensive. Avoid at all costs.
this place is horrible when it comes to doing your laundry and parking your car. In a normal world there is aloha and love vibration and you can put your clothes in the washing machine and walk across the street and get some food while they are washing. Not here this place does not believe in anything positive. It works with VIP Towing, who are very selfish and inhumane. They scout …and if you leave your vehicle for a moment they run in and tow it really fast. They are the type of towing company that if you are parked where the free parking begin begins at 6 PM and it is 5:56 PM..THEY WILL TOW YOU. The island has a lot of evil people on it now… Who do not care who they hurt… They just want to make a dollar. If you choose to do your laundry here… Park on the street where there is free parking during free parking hours… Otherwise they will find an excuse to tow your car and they will do it quickly and you will not know. Even if you are sitting inside of the laundromat reading a book, if you do not look up, they will dishonestly tow you. The tow trucks are quiet so you won’t hear it. Let’s put this business and the tow businesses out of business by looking out for each other. Go to Ena Road Laundry instead.
Great location. They have $5 and $10 washing machine, $2.25 laundry detergent, $2.5 per dry. Great!
Good place with older but well maintained Maytag machines. I will use it again if I have the need. The washing is $3.75, dryer $1.75 for 20 mins and powder is $1.75 (in quarters). The change machine will only take $5 & $10 bills so do the math. However a couple of washers and dryer’s take credit cards. But not the washing powder dispenser. Also powder did not fully release and had to stick my hand up to grab it.
Not super clean but it works.
Very expensive and on top of that the machine ate my quarters the first run. Apparently, it had a door issue so I had to pay again for one of their small loaders. Need to be careful when selecting loads because it will charge you extra making washing almost $10 per machine. I just kept adding quarters. The only good thing about this laundromat is it’s open 24 hours.
Terrible terrible terrible!! Do not go unless you are confident that you can handle yourself. This located right in the back side of 711. I was harassed due to all the homelessness and drugged people that hangout on the conner. It is not safe. Save yourself and fine another laundromat.
