This laundromat had several washer and dryer that were out of service. Between me and my extended family we spent $50 to wash and $20 to dry all of our clothes and bedding. My main complaint is the use of the bathroom. You tell some it's out of order and some are allowed to use. I don't like liers so when you prove to me that you are one I don't come back. You have lost my service for your business and my hard earned money!

My usual Laundromat was closed due to busted pipes due to the weather, so I came over here. The attendant on duty seemed more Interested in what was on their phone then helping the clients... the price to do laundry here is almost double then other Laundromats in the area and half if not more of the machines are out of order. I will not be going back and would not recommend this place.

WHEN it's open it's a great place to clean my clothes. WHEN it's open, more than half the machines are available (which use to be a problem). WHEN it's open I could quickly get in and out (within 2hrs) because the machines work very well. Problem is the sign says 24hrs and it's NOT. Right now there's a closed sign on the door. It's really ridiculous that it continues to say open online. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Who ever owns this spot please sell it fast. 90% of the washers and dryers arent working and have been down for at least 6 months. I'm about to notify the news station after witnessing several elderly ladies had to leave due to several machines being down and others already in use. This use to be a good wash house. Obviously the owner(s) doesn't care about the customers, just the card machine to keep taking folks money. I'm feed up with the foul odor also which is coming from drainage in the machines. Why do we have to deal with this on the westside? Do this over the mountain and see how long this business will last. My Black and Hispanic community, y'all need to speak up. I'm tired of this bare minimum treatment

Sign said opens at 8am. I got there at 8:00am and waited an hour and a half, along with several others, and no one EVER showed. That's just unacceptable!

This Hollywood Laundry needs serious repairs! Half the washing machines & dryer’s don’t work, dryer vents at the bottom coming a loose, trash up under the vending machines. The ceiling needs replacing, televisions on mute, because all rap music is playing and the attendant is never at the desk. The floors need sweeping and cleaning, this is awful and unacceptable. Owners need to step up and take care of their property. This place used to be nice but now it’s run down.

Staff was awesome!!!!! Man was very helpful and very polite helped me every step never got mad and was just a greqt experience! I highly recommend! Ashton is the best employee ever!!!!! Thanks so much!
