I needed to get my laundry done and my daylight had ran out on me so I knew of the 24 hour facilities so I googled for the nearest location of 24 hour laundry mat and this one was for the closest place. I was not expecting that there was going to be very many people there given the time was 1:30 am. Upon having the ability to see inside from the outside I could see a lot of people. I went on inside and walked through the facilities they were providing to the public use. This floor looks really dirty, there had been previous spills of things that others had left behind which you might think would be soaps but not sure what it was but some of the spots were sticky the machine's that I decided on cost $7 each due to the size of them and they are the largest in the place of what I don't know about the manufacturer of which they had made those sizes to accommodate people with but my guess is that they held 3 large loads of regular materials my clothes that I wear day to day, towels and those sort of articles. I needed a little bigger unit for the comforter unfortunately I had to go ahead and use it which turned out that it properly washed it. As well as the other washer had done an ok job but then the dryers were not working as well since adding money to dry everything I ended up having to deal with two damp loads of stuff because of how those two machines didn't work as well and I had ran out of quarters which in total had cost me $40. for my 2 weeks worth of laundry. During the layover I needed to use the restroom 🚻 there was only one available for everyone so I had to wait for a few minutes to go in. This restroom was dirtier than what the wash and dry areas were. They don't have any workers that are available that I was able to find. I did see one lady coming from an unmarked door and she was flinging a purse over her shoulder and she was headed to the door, I remembered having the thought of her not having a coat or sweater on and the shirt she was wearing was short sleeved and it was cold outside that she was going to be cold if she didn't get more on than what she did. She was never seen again during the almost 3 hours spent at the place as the usual place I used for laundry takes maybe 2 hours tops and it is a lot cleaner place throughout that facility and they are twice the size of a building and 3 times the amount of machines and I know that I was just in a position of need at this particular time and was thankful for what they did provide to help people with but I hope I'm never in the same position ever again, if I was I would have to wait for some other place to open or look for another facility providing 24 hour use for people . I was not comfortable with the dirt and their lack of pride for the business that someone owns. They are surely making a few dollars that they could put towards hiring someone to help cleaning up the place.
