They only have one Xtra large capacity washer, but other than that it was clean and the woman working there was helpful

I dropped offf 4-5 shirts to be “ironed” as I didn’t have time before graduation. I pick them up and get to Oxford and I had to iron them ALL again! The work was so poor I won’t be back. It’s really sad cause the ladies are so nice. 2 stars for the nice lady who works there but poor workmanship.

Drop off service ruined my clothes. They charge $20 PLUS $1 per pound. If you have a blanket they add another $25 to 35 fee. They dont separate anything, everything you drop off goes into one single load. My husband's dirty, greasy work clothes were put in with whites and my delicates, etc making everything dingy and staining a few items. 2nd time I asked them to separate the loads; work, light, and dark. I was told sure, but it counts as a separate drop off per load so would be $20 plus the $1 per pound each, so $76 for two single loads and 1 double load. Absolutely not. We went to a different location, but they must have the same owner because the pricing and policy was the same. This is the most expensive for least amount of actual service I've ever come across. Staff are very nice.
