i always had good experiences at this location. i’ve never had any issues with the change machine or app. i had a washing machine stuck going on - the number i called helped me out and the issue was solved. clean place and the staff is always nice to the customers, what i have witnessed

I went to do my laundry and got scammed at the change machine.
I put in $10 to get coins, and they were counterfeit. I gave the employee a $20 bill, put it in, and watched the counterfeit coins come out of the machine. He confirmed they were counterfeit. Then, when he saw I was recording, he changed his mind and said they were real coins. This is a huge scam. To everyone who goes to do their laundry at this place, pay close attention to what kind of coins they get.
Another very important note:
I arrived at 9 p.m. I left the laundry to do for 30 minutes. I went outside to wait in my car and wanted to go in to dry the clothes. The door was locked.
The employee came over and said to me in English, "Don't you know how to open a door?" He
was yelling at me.
I didn't mean to disrespect anyone. I just kept walking, but he kept chasing me and trying to fight me, insulting me by saying, "I don't understand," or "I don't speak Spanish," and saying things to me.
Then I showed them that I had my clothes in three large washing machines that had already finished washing, and I just wanted to dry them. I explained everything to security afterward
This happened. They stole my money with the change machine.
When I put those coins in the dryer, they didn't work. Security came several times and told me, "What are you doing with that? It's not real money, it's Canadian." I didn't even have any coins. I had a $10 and a $20 bill. The $10 from the change machine, I received the counterfeit coins. I gave him the $20 bill, and he put it in himself. Watch the scam.
I started speaking to them in English. Their tone changed, and they were surprised that I spoke perfect English.

And for the people who read my review, I hope you exercise caution because I have received
racism.

I will never return to this place.

The place looks ok, but the only setback is that you must pay $4.00 to dry you clothes for 30 minutes, there is no other option.

Great big washers and dryers! Friendly staff yes I said staff on site. With helpful tips and Fold service available. Real busy and super clean. Lots of free parking and in the heart of uptown. Oh and some video games to kill the time between loads.
