STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! If you live in Jersey City I urge you to not support this establishment. This place has stolen my clothing on multiple occasions. I only received back 2 articles of the clothing stolen from me only after I filed a police report against them. When I brought this problem up to the owner she was very rude, not even offering a refund on my clothing. Just 5% off my next drop off order (yes 5%) if I left a 5 star review of their establishment. Don’t waste your time here, there are plenty of other laundromats that don’t steal clothing and act like they’re doing you a favor when they return afew items.

The machines are always broke here wether it’s the washing machine not taking the waiters correctly for washer 6 which is the 5.50 $ machine. The dryers don’t dry clothes correctly and the machines have lower times - 5 minutes per quarter when the machines used to be 7 minutes before. They do have a nice stafff but updates can be made as far as the machines here itself

Literally the worst wash dry service we have had to date. We have used this laundromat on and off for the last 5 years. They used to have amazing staff. Things were sorted correctly - matched - folded well.

Now it’s a constant turnover and the output is terrible. Once we had someone’s laundry completely mixed in with ours. My entire bedding set disappeared and This time I used the service because I am spring cleaning and had quite a bit to get done.

I WAS BETTER OFF DOING IT. All of the clothes are inside out, all mixed together. My husbands things in with my 7 year old daughters. Im literally sitting here turning everything right side out and refolding and sorting everything. Complete waste of money. Terrible service.

Oh - and I dropped off Wednesday morning and was told 6pm pick up. It wasn’t done til 4pm the following day.

Steve was the best and then the gentleman who was there after him for a while was also great. They need proper training on laundry service and it also doesn’t smell like softener or dryer sheets were used. I rather pay more elsewhere.
