Never any change for customers. So either come with singles or expect to have to leave with lbs of quarters. Machines are dirty and/or smell like wet mop. Hasn't been the same since Steve passed. May be RIP

We have been using their drop-off/pick-up service for a couple of months and I am happy, overall. Clothes are cleaned, smell fresh, folded neatly. I just wish I would stop losing socks. When my husband kindly asked them to please be more attentive, the gentleman he spoke with blamed his co-workers who weren't present so I don't know if that will ever happen. Thankfully losing the occasional ped-sock is worth the convenience and efficiency.
