I recently had to go to the laundromat a coinless laundromat is a new thing for me and also the kiosk was a little confusing.
I was able to talk with the owner and went over a few of my concerns he seemed open to what I was saying and hopefully he'll put up the written instructions so that people don't get as confused as as I did about the situation with the kiosk.
I also offered to wash off the silver table for him that I wrote the note on he said he would do it.

Can't say enough,the employees are very helpful...I love the folding jobs and sometimes even go above and beyond and color coordinate my clothes...all in all I love the option to leave my clothes there I feel comfortable with entrusting ez wash to do my clothes

Often the dryers stay cold. And the atendent said manager want reimburse u the 2.00. Rest roon is always out of order per the atendent.

I've used this Laundromat for 4 months about 6 years ago and had contacted the owner/operator a couple times. The most recent contact was regarding a lost and very important piece of my child seat, the response was perfect and I got the missing buckle back. (Typo correction updated the review to present)
