It looks dated but everything works great and that’s all that matters. The speed queen washer got my clothes extremely clean. Definitely recommend!!

I have been coming here for a while and normally everything works very well and it is very clean. On 4/18/22, I put $2.00 worth of quarters in the washer then as I was down to my last 50 cents, I put in a quarter and the sensor didn't read that I put a quarter in. I press the coin return button and it returned it, so I tried it again and the sensor still didnt read it. I made a video of myself performancing the same task to show that the machine was not working I tried another machine and after initially putting in 75 cents, that machine did the same thing that the other one did. After looking at other machines nearby, I noticed that they were all stuck. I know 2.75 isn't a lot of money but it adds up pretty quickly. I hope the owner fixes the problem. I am posting this review here because no contact information for anyone at this location is in the store or on google. I want to come back and continuing doing business here but that isn't going to work if the machines are eating my money.

My clothes are stuck in a washer that is just running the “wash” cycle over and over in a machine with no manual unlock override and no phone number to contact anyone.

The machines were somewhat dated but it only cost me half as much money to do my laundry vs the wash house or wash land. there is no attendant but the facility is cleaned daily and is in generally good working order. Down home business working what it's got to the fullest capacity.
