Service is great here and the place is good.I like how I can easily pay for the machine through app and the staff here is very friendly and helpful. Place is neat and clean.

This facility will not refund when their machines are not working properly. They will accuse patrons of not paying correctly - the people attending can barely speak English. It’s unfortunate because the facility is clean with large amount of washers. Can not recommend - go use the competition. Not worth coming to this place

To the owner; This place is filthy disgusting dirty. If you can’t find the proper help you need, then get in there and clean it yourself, or start paying more money to hire people who know how to clean that place properly.
There’s crap all over the floor everywhere, the counter tops are filthy, grimy. Those women should have those floors and counter tops clean first thing and then clean the dryer vents after. They seem to have it backwards.

You put in the money and the machines just keep spinning without washing anything. Very bad experience They always give the same answer to avoid giving the money back, and the customer is never right here.
