They were about to close and I was going to find a different facility (our flight back to NC was the next morning). The gentleman at the counter encouraged me to just stay and get everything taken care of. He could have easily pointed me to another shop, but, he didn’t. I got my stuff washed and dried in a VERY timely manner. THAT’S service.

I was googling different laundry mats to take my families clothes to get washed and dried. And this place had amazing reviews and stood out among the rest. And they delivered, they have awesome customer service. They washed our delicates in bags to keep them safe, even separated the darks from the lights and folded our laundry and sent me a text when our clothes were done. When I showed up to pick our clothes up, the bags we brought our clothes in were tied to a plastic bag with all of our clean folded laundry. The overall process took about 2 hours but was totally worth it, we dropped our clothes off went to the beach and the pool and were able to still do our adventures and it’s way cheaper than going through the hotel. I highly recommend checking them out you won’t be disappointed. I will be taking our clothes here every time we come back.

Anna was great! Super friendly and had my wash & fold finished in under 2 hours. I was staying at Hilton Village and it was super convenient being walking distance since the hotel doesn’t have onsite laundry. Fast and reliable service, exactly what I needed while in Waikiki.

Just picked up my third wash & fold load from the lovely team at Ena Road Laundry and I cannot recommend them enough!

We're moving here and have been staying at a nearby hotel for almost 3 weeks while we wait to move in and this place has been a lifesaver. Clothes are clean, dry and folded same day if you bring them before noon! Absolutely worth it vs paying $12 for a single shirt in any of the hotels here. She even let one pair of shorts hang dry so they didn't shrink 🥹

We used the drop off service while visiting Oahu. They charge by the pound and considering we are traveling the price seemed reasonable for the convenience. Our clothes were well-washed, neatly folded, packed and ready for pick up at the time promised. During drop-off, the lady who helped was super busy as it was a couple of days before Christmas, but took care of our request. At pick, she gave us a sturdy bag as we had a long walk back to the hotel and not all our clothes fit in the only bag we had. One thing to be aware of is that they are cash only. Overall great experience and we recommend this place if you are in Waikiki.
