At 12:30 p.m., the commercial washer refused to open up after completing ALL cycles! I've spent a half hour trying (while it erratically spun AGAIN as the handle was moved). I've called 4 times in the last hour! Left two messages. (I'm sure I'll get the "but the holiday" spiel).
(Dryer (#24 or 38) ate my shorts and seized up last month by the way!--I let it slide).
The Washer (middle of 3 on south wall): Went home got my tools, came back, pried it open!! The button was jammed! (Spinning erratically throughout. Spin cycle was Long OVA!). Another half hour! (plus actual laundering). Not my job! What a waste of time!
Seems my choices are roaches at their other one ("Suds Your Duds") or this!
Loosen the purse strings and get on the ball kids!

(3 hrs later and counting. not a peep.)

(After reading the response: Got a phone message several hours later that evening, apologizing. You may have been on vacation, but someone opened the door at 6 a.m. to help you facilitate a profit. Would have been nice if they were also, handy).

Been coming to this laundry mat for years. Sometimes I do my laundry there and other times I do it at my own apartment. Banks were closed since it was Sunday so I stopped by to get some quarters and planned to do my laundry there later. The old guy was extremely rude. Right off the bat assumed I wasn’t doing laundry there. Very rude tone. I understand the quarters are needed there but at the end of the day no one needs to come off that rude about something as silly as quarters. If it was brought up to me politely maybe a conversation would have been had but to come off as disrespectful as he did was just shocking. I have seen him with several customers while doing my laundry there and he was just rude time and time again. It’s a laundry mat in downtown Wausau. There are going to be times people just come in to get quarters and if that’s the case bring it up politely or get a sign no reason to come off that disrespectful

There was no quarters had to load my laundry back up and go somewhere else. They’re losing all kinds of money with no quarters in that change machine.
