They have the hours open until 10:30 pm at 10 pm I ran to my home to grab an extra basket, less than 5 mins later I come back all the doors are locked. All my clothing and bedding is in there. I wish this owner terrible karma! The dryers looked burned. You cannot see someone in there with 5 dryers going and lock up early. Janesville needs to get rid of these kinds of places, people should have a clean respectable place to go and not worry they are short a basket and for this person to lock the doors well bf closing. Janesville it's time to shut down these run down , disrespectful people

Machines were fairly clean minus the hair I had to wipe off the washers...What really bugged me was a lady had her dog running around in there the whole time she was in there...My daughter hasn’t grown up with animals so it made her uncomfortable as with me; we had to sit in the car the whole time while our laundry was cleaning & drying...

Place is very run down and dirty. Went there today soap machine took my money and had no soap and no way to get my money back. Change machine wasn't working and it also smelt very bad in there.
