Upon entering the establishment you automatically hit with a mildew aroma. I’m new to town and really needed my laundry washed so I proceeded to wash my clothes. The owner asked me several times if I needed help. I didn’t originally need his help, but when I did need his help because the machine didn’t spin and my clothes were soaking wet he replied it’s not my fault and walked away!

To explain, our washers include imbalance switches that pause the spin cycle if a load is too small, too large, or uneven — it’s there to protect the machine from damage. We have a selection of washers that you can use, each washer is designed to accommodate a specific weight of laundry so you can pick the right size for your load!
