Nice,and quiet,clean and up kept,Heard a lot of bad things about this place but haven't seen anything wrong ,except pay dryer take a little long to dry clothes.

I love it. It is very spacious with large and extra large washers. When you wash there the dryers are free and they are very hot. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing.

Clothes were stolen from a dryer while I was away briefly. The laundromat has a posted “24 Hour Video Surveillance” warning, but when I reported the incident to the owner, I was told the cameras were offline and no footage was available.
I searched the entire laundromat and made sure the dryer was empty. No assistance or resolution was offered. Posting this so others can be aware before coming here.
Owner don't have to monitor individual loads, least they can do is just not mislead people saying there's 24hr surveillance when its unavailable, either temporary or under maintenance.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. While we do have security cameras on site, there are times when systems may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

We encourage customers to remain with their laundry whenever possible, as we’re unable to monitor individual loads. That said, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and take all feedback seriously as we work to improve our facility.
