Just left Duds N Suds and honestly, it’s the best laundromat I’ve ever been to! It was my first time in, and I felt welcomed right away. David greeted me at the door, helped me choose the right machines, and even grabbed my change — such a huge help. The facilities are spotless, the machines look brand new, and as a fun bonus, they serve beer and wine. Laundry + a drink? Yes, please. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Wow! What a experience. My son and I came here for the first time, after trying another laundromat near by and well, not great experience.
We were greeted by one of the owners, David, he met us outside the building, which by the way is beautifully kept, he had a laundry cart with him. Asked if it was our first time there and proceeded to escort us to a large washing machine. Showed us how to use it too. I have NEVER experienced customer service at a laundromat and especially not at this level. Amazing!! It is clean and bright, you actually don't mind hanging out between loads. We will be back! highly unsatisfied with experience at This establishment clothes came back, half washed some not even touched by water dryer barely dried stuff that was washed and it was pricey compared to the surrounding laundry matts .

My dryer is currently down and All I need to do is to dry clothes. After seeing another review response posted by the owner stating , "you are not allowed to dry only on the weekends." I'm Glad I saw this first, so I don't waste my time on this ridiculous rule. Outrageous!
