Many broken machines and the ones that do work steal money and the location is never staffed so you can't be refunded. Call the number posted and they don't answer or reply to your message. Not impressed with their customer service.

Edit - to clarify, since they want to point out I waited an hour befire reviewing. That was THIS time. The last time machine malfunction caused loss of funds I called and left a message they never returned. That was 2 months ago, so yes, I left a review this time. Conaumer beware.

I came to double bubble and had no time to do all my laundry was thinking I had to come come and swap it all over but the owners were ready to help me wash and neatly fold all of it. It was such an amazing stress relief to have it all done after work. The place is clean their super friendly and professional! Highly recommend!!!!

No warm or hot water wash. We used the top loaders and a couple minutes into the wash lifted the lid to put a stray piece of clothing in, the washer was filled with cold water.
FYI When you select the cycle you select the temperature for the wash by pushing a button for hot, warm or cold. The temperature automatically changes when it rinses to cold on these particular washers, there isn't an option to choose the temperature for the rinse.
Not sure if the hot water heater is broken? There is an age-old scam in laundromats where they don't actually have hot water piped to some or all of the machines. Customers never know because the doors on newer machines lock after starting. A telltale sign is your laundry isn't clean out of the washer if you chose hot for the wash.
One of the customers said this happened to them and they reported it to the owner, who responded by saying the buttons for the temperature are for the rinse; this is a blatant, intentional lie and fraud if this is what they responded with.
