I have been coming to this laundromat weekly for 2 years with out issue. Yesterday I had an issue with one of the machines so I got the laundry attendant, she was on the phone and didn't bother to get off while "helping" me. I explained that the machine was not registering the quarters correctly. She said "yes it is put the money in", of course it counted that one so she says "see" taps the machine and walks away disgusted that I bothered her. I tried again explaining that it ate several quarters without registering them (I am 100% positive of this because before I start a load I count out the $3.25) she tells me rudely that I'm wrong. I will not be back, the issue wasn't the .75 the machine ate as much as the rude service I received.

I've used this laundromat on numerous occasions having to do my laundry while laying over in Grand Rapids from my truck driving job I have found none of the situations people previously have complained about.
