I can only add to the list of bad reviews here! They couldn't repair the washing machine and took 2 months to deliver a new one. Now that machine has evidently been even connected up to the horrible new app, so the washer is still out of commission. So frustrating! And the unannounced doubling of rates, when the company apparently has no adequate customer service. It is impossible to reach them by phone!
