I dropped my dress off for a simple sleeve alteration on 11/19. My ticket said to pickup on 11/23. I called on the evening 11/22 just to see if they were done early, the lady stated it’d be ready 11/23. I didn’t make it back until 11/25 and they didn’t have my dress at all, stating it was “sent out” to the tailor…and said it was too far for me to get back now. They dropped the ball and offered $1 discount ….1 DOLLAR! so they inconvenienced me and prevented me from wearing my dress and barely wanted to right the wrong outside of saying “I’m sorry”. Never again. Don’t let the location fool you!

I came in at closing to get a gown cleaned and I needed it as early as possible the next day. The man at the counter told me he would try his best to get it cleaned by noon the next day but he couldn’t promise that he could get all the stains out. While I was there he answered the phone and I could hear a women panicking on the phone. He told her he was closed but he would stay open late and wait for her. I got there the next day to pick up my dress and it was ready earlier than promised and completely spotless. I couldn’t wait to leave a raving review. It’s rare to find people with so much compassion. They do an excellent job and they really care about their customers.
