The quarter machine ate my $20 today at 4:15pm and only spat out $4 before the out of service light lit up.Tried to call establishment for help but no one picked up. Was told by another customer that the owner only ever comes by near close (presumably to collect his money for the day). What a horrible and distressing predicament. Would not recommend.

They're a bit over-priced, but you can't beat the location. They keep the place extremely clean and they have a few areas to wait for your laundry.

I know the owner from two three years ago him and his wife bought this place he spent three four weeks cleaning the machines and putting it on the right setting so they aren't ripping you off fixing all of them and I stop by today and one of the machines kicked my clothes out and I didn't have enough money to split the time between the two he handed me a dollar in quarters he's a very nice guy and this place is always clean and he's very respectful him if you go to any laundromat go to Joe's laundry bag because this place is awesome clean safe and welcoming always

All of my clothes were stolen out of a dryer just before I came back to pick them up. The manager was onsite, said he had caught the folks who stole my clothes stealing before, and STILL did nothing to stop them.

This place is convenient so I've been coming here. However, since they added credit card terminals in addition to the app, the dryers are completely dysfunctional. I must have put 15-20 dollars (both through the credit card terminal and app) into different dryers trying to get them to start, and, nothing.

What's more, half the dryers seem permanently out of order anyway so there is no other option after the dryer eats your money. Won't be coming back unless/until they fix this.
