It's always clean and the vast dryers r the best! I bring my thick comforters and bedspreads here to wash and they always come out clean and fresh. Washers and dryers always work. The area is a little sketchy but, I'm from Detroit so I'm not to afraid!

The only reason I give it 4 instead of something lower is for the lady that was working. She was exceptional help not only to myself but she was attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of throughout my entire visit. It was also kept clean.
