The laundromat is new, very clean and the employees greet you at the door. They are very helpful and I totally appreciate it in a time when no one seems to know what real customer service is.

Horrible : they put back the clean laundry in the same torn plastic bag which I had used to bring the clothes in.

When asked why they couldn’t use a clean new bag, the answer was “we can’t read your mind”.

RUDE.

Well, they could read the plastic bag though…

While they were technically right because I hadn’t specified, but the customer service experience was horrible and it was common sense not to put the clean laundry in the same torn bag.

If you use this laundromat for drop off, make sure you ask them for clean bags and also pay for it in advance

Overall, the place is nice and clean.

I was a satisfied customer of this place for almost a year. However, I had a very bad experience last time. The other day I went there to wash my sheets and when I got home I realized that all my sheets and other stuff smells horrible softener. I never use a softener or anything just a detergent . It was somebody else’s softener or something. I don’t how that happen but now I need wash them again and probably find other place.

I love this place. Fast machines and great employees. Clean and super friendly environment. I feel completely safe whether I come to wash my clothes at 10am on a Sunday or 2am on a Friday night. Staff is always available at all times so if you run out of laundry detergent, dryer sheets or fabric softener, they offer small sizes to buy for fairly decent prices. Washer sizes come in 4 different sizes that range from small 1-2 loads for around $3.15, medium for 2-3loads around $5.25, large for 4-5 loads around $7.35 and extra large for 6-8 loads for around $11.95. (The large and extra large might be slightly off price but it's close to that.) Dryers come in 3 sizes, large 1-3 loads for $1.50, extra large for 4-5 loads for $2.00 and extra extra large for 6-8 loads for 2.50. the washers only take about 20-35 minutes depending on if want high, medium, low or delicate heat or you want a regular wash or want an "extra wash" and "extra rinse" for a small additional charge and. The payment system is by a card system they use with a dispensary card machine. You place your card on the machine and can load it with cash or debit card, for first time card dispense there's a small additional fee that I believe is only $3. Honestly it's the best laundry mat I've ever been to with top of the line machines that dry your clothes in one use for only about 40mins. Additional 5mins cost 25¢ but honestly just drying on medium heat will get the job done in one payment and no additional minutes added. I usually dry on medium and take my clothes out after around 25-30 mins with time still left on the machine. Kid friendly with a vending machine that offers snacks and drinks in one machine. Highly recommend this place. I've met all the staff and they're all so refreshingly friendly and helpful. Atziri, Sarah, Maylin and Yaleska are amazing! They're always the best! There's plenty of tables for folding laundry and a separate long bar type area to sit and wait for your clothes. There's also several outlets by the bar seating area so you can plug in your laptop or phone to charge if you need to. Bring your own charge cables and plugs though. Extra parking in the back with an outdoor seating area if it's busy inside and just need a breather. Also there's handicap accessible ramps in front and back. Honestly it's a great place and I highly recommend if you're in need of a laundry mat, or even if you get behind on your laundry duties and have an abundance of clothes that need washing. I've literally seen people come in with mountains of clothes they're folding up. Great time saver and a decent fair cost in my opinion. Comfortable chairs are available for waiting and they offer two televisions and a snack machine. There's a gas station next door and across street for a greater snack selection.

Update: the place has been open for about a year and I've been coming once a week this entire time. The place is still super clean and there's a few machines needing maintenance but they're normally pretty quick on repairs. Once they had a problem with the hot water heater and within an hour of me arriving and waiting, they already had it fixed up and ready to go. Honestly it's a great place. I've been to the one on dunvale and Richmond and it's kinda run down and only works on an app payment plan. I hated it. I will never go to that one again unless it's a dire emergency. Ladies, even if you have machines at home but don't have time to do laundry for hours on end on your day off, come here and spend less than two hours and have everything washed at home once. It's a time saver. Again, I've been coming a year and all the machines look brand spankin new. Sparkling stainless steel inside and no bad smells. No rust or any signs of wear and tear. It seriously is a great place. Forgot to mention that you can also drop off your laundry too for only $1 a pound. That's it! Saves time you may not have. I watch them washing clothes all day long and they're very thoughtful of others belongings and handle and fold with care. I couldn't recommend this place more. Honestly.
