I really like this laundry room on Westheimer and Fondren. It's always clean and are always machines available.
Maylin is the sweetest worker there. She is always very attentive and helpful.

They take advantage of the electricity situation so that you have to leave your clothes so that they can wash them and overcharge you. They say that since there is no electricity, the washing machines do not work. From the outside you can see everything working. Liars

First time here .Customer Service was great. Amy is the best ! Ask for Amy she will provide the best assistance. Washers was very large considering their price. Dryers worked amazing . Whole place was beyond clean and organized. They have a comfortable lounge area where you can watch TV and sit in a comfortable rocking chair. There are also charging ports and chairs . No need for quarters . Fast , easy and quick laundry.

I've been coming here for over a year, and I'm always happy with the result .. the wash and fold are very affordable, and it has saved my life plenty of times ...
The lady there name Sara always calls me by my name and is always welcoming .. highly recommend this place 👌 💯💯

I ran to my car to write this review. Ramone is THE most helpful person I have ever encountered at any establishment. Patient, well-spoken, RESPECTFUL. This is my first time ever in a Washateria 🫣 so I was overwhelmed a little bit and also pressed for time….he stopped what he was doing to assist me and thoroughly explain. I hope this place is treating him well as good employees are hard to come by. (It’s 8am so I had a million questions early in the morning for him) I’m going to recommend this place just for his customer service! (I hope my rug washes good lol)
