21 reviewsVery clean, but only 4 regular washers work and 2 of the dryers don't work.
No soap in the bathroom
I had not been in laundry mat in years. I was very happy with the large washers, They were very clean and wahed all mry
y laund
Washer malfunctioned and wouldn't release my laundry. There was no attendant. I called the emergency number and got no answer, not even a call back. I had to run a second load since it didn't even wash my clothes. I ended up spending twice what i should have. Dirty with puddles in front of washers. I assume my experience was not unique. About 1/3 of the washers had out of service signs. All in all i would NEVER return to this place.
In fact, they should turn it into a strip club and make the area nicer.
If i could give negative reviews, i would. This place is so freaking nasty. Looks like the projects. I came into to use the smaller white washing machines. Well when i opened one, it was nasty. Then i opened a second, even more gross. I opened all of them and the second to last one was filled full with nasty dirty dark water. Would not be surprised if theres a bed bug infestation. Do not go here. I wouldnt even use that toilet unless i wanted herpes.
Nice, clean, quite, very reasonable with pricing.. Great place to do laundry if your in the Benson area..
The first washer I used was broke, but wasn't noted. There were several broken washers unnoted and the old TV was broke with a dangerous remote hanging from it. My youngest tried swinging from it.
Usually empty when I go there very clean/organized like going there especially when it's not crowded, no problems.
The change thing is always out of order, half the machines are always broken and the last time I was there some man came in and kicked everyone out even though nobodies laundry was done because it was 9:46pm and they closed at 10. I thought it was convenient because it's right down the street from my house but I'd rather take a drive somewhere else than deal with those people.
I gave 4 stars because all the machines worked well. There were a few things to note however. A lot of water on the floor & since it’s a small place with all the driers running it was uncomfortably hot but hey, with the water it was like a sauna. Clean clothes plus get your sweat on. lol. Prices are fair & $1.00 gets your clothes dry in most driers I used & I used 12. Doors close at 10 on an auto lock so don’t be inside or alarm sounds. 64th & Maple (old Kwik Shop). Might be a good idea to have soap. Not a lot there but it could have just been busy earlier that day. I’ll go there again.
Filthy, broken machines, does not sell laundry supplies, coin machine frequently empty, owner is very negative. Dryers are gross and dont work well
