So I’ve washing clothes here for about 8 years now. Today one of the dryers caught fire to the point that they had to use a fire extinguisher. I was done washing and was in the process of folding. So I rushed out with my clothes but my clothes got some of that yellow powder from the extinguisher and my clothes smell like smoke. I ask the captain from the fire department if we needed to rewash our clothes because of the yellow dust and he said yes. I told the owners daughter, because the owner is on vacation, and she had the audacity to say “you do realize I have to pay to fix these damages” and we have to pay to wash our clothes again for something that wasn’t our fault. You need to do better by the ppl that keep you in business. This is not the proper way to handle these types of situations. So they lost another customer which I’m sure they don’t even care. So just know that if you come here and God forbid something happens, they are not going to do the right thing. Shame on you!!

Been doing my laundry there for about a month now, and it's been a great experience. The Spanish lady that works during the day from morning till mid-afternoon is such a nice, respectful lady. The place is always clean, and I'm the type of person who always checks out the restrooms an I was very DISAPPOINTED the sink was gross dirt is CAKED in the sink. The GROSSEST part is the TOILET it had human feces on it, I mean come on. The male attending the place on 10-15-2017 was asked by myself if there was toilet paper and he said NO how is there no toilet paper kept as back up?? That bathroom was not acceptable at all. GROSS GROSS GROSS. Washers an dryers are priced good, and kept clean. The environment overall is wonderful. Parking lot is kept clean. Truthfully the only bad thing about this place is the size of the parking lot, it's small and sometimes it's hard too get on an out when people don't know how to drive get into the parking lot. Otherwise it's a wonderful place to do your laundry!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would!!

First off They never have toilet paper for the Bathroom. Secondly They never have change to add money to your card. The male attendant is Rude. Most importantly they Need training in Customer service. Today I forgot my laundry detergent at home. My First time doing that. So I decided to use the soap dispenser machine because I didn’t want to go back home. The machine took my money. But did not dispense the soap. The attendant was walking back and forth so I stopped her and let her know what happened. She said I don’t understand But I know she understands a little English because I have been going there for a while. So I pointed to the Machine and I said broken “No good “ but in Spanish. She then gets her phone and uses Google translate to tell me it’s not her fault everyone knows that this machine doesn’t work. So I type back to her in Google translate that Everyone does Not know that machine is broken. I’ve never had to use it before And It Does NOT have a Sign saying that it’s Broken. I asked for a refund and Asked her to Put a Broken sign on the machine. She said No. “Not my problem,Not my fault. I asked to speak to her boss she said No. Then she says I will give you a refund But you Have to leave , You can Not wash your clothes here. At this time my clothes are already in the machine. So I asked her, Are you telling me that I have to leave Because I’m asking for a refund. And she said yes here take the money. Because you won’t be quiet about it This is from my pocket Now Go . She starts pointing to the door and says Come on Mommy Go. I said are you serious and she said yes it was my money and I’m not responsible so come back later or another day and wash clothes when I’m Not here I don’t want you here. And goes and opens the door for me . I had her type what she said again in Google translate and I took a picture of it. I then showed her my phone and told her I would call the police and see if they say I have to leave. Right away she says “ Oh No Mommy I’m Sorry, Stay. You can stay.” A customer (An Older lady) asked her What happened and She says “I don’t Know, “ I don’t Understand “ pretending she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. So I press record on my phone and explain everything to the other Customer. Now the Attendant is embarrassed. I can’t believe it Did she really think that she could kick me Out for asking for a refund. Not to mention that same customer said that one of the washing machines took her money before and when she asked for a refund they said No. But she said she just let it go. That means that they do this all the time and No one ever says anything. Horrible
