Boooo! Nothing special about them. No recourse for machine issues. Posted signs are not updated, looked up number online, same number. Called another location, possibly same owner, left a message. No call back. Service should be a part of your business. Who wants to risk their clothes with no recourse? No thank you!

I visited BLVD LAUNDRY in Pittsburgh's Oakland area around midnight to 1:15 am and had a highly disappointing experience. To my dismay, I was charged an extra $40, and the explanation for this additional fee was unclear.

The overall state of the laundromat was subpar, reflecting a lack of maintenance and organization typical of a laundry facility. The environment was messy, unkempt, and confusing. This experience has left me with the impression that they may exploit college students for additional charges.

Considering the unsatisfactory service, I strongly advise against choosing BLVD LAUNDRY for your laundry needs. It's disheartening to have $40 held without a clear reason, especially when it impacts essential aspects like commuting to work and purchasing food. My visit has been nothing short of a disappointment, and I will not be returning.
