I like this location as it is usually always staffed, EXCEPT when there is a certain worker there he has attitude. For example; I was in my zone loading the washer and without noticing him I turned around and bumped into him and said sorry, he got annoyed/angry and made a comment to escalate the situation so instead of cowering out I said I apologized and he was also in the wrong by also not paying attention or saying he was behind me and reiterated I apologized and mentioned we were both wrong. I left it at that. Finished my laundry and left. THE second incident was when my husband asked to use the restroom he said someone was already in there so we waited. There was nobody in there, he asked again and the attendant snarkily said I'm tieing my shoe and closed the door in my husband's face. He proceeds to come out AFTER he ties his shoe and says hes been working all day and is tired as he opens the door like we had anything to do with him applying for the job and having to work. It's a job for a reason. But he is the only attendant that's like that. The other ladies are very skilled with their customer service skills.

It used to be great!!! Now not so much. One man hogs all the machines with motel or air b and b stuff. Every time I’m there. How can it be every day!!! And all the carts!!! And the staff lets them!!! I’m going somewhere else from now on!!!! And half the machines are broken 😡 on and on …
