This place is daylight robbery. Not many machines, but only the big washing machines are useable. That being said, the small one are a little over $6 and the large one is $8.25. Then the dryers are 25c per four minutes. So you have to put in at least 15 quarters to have your clothes dry. Adding the prices up, your laundry can be anywhere from $15-20. The only reason this place is operating because they’re preying on students who live in the area. Being located in back bay is not an excuse. I’ve lived in nyc for six years and never saw anything like this. The only thing they’re laundering is money. Avoid if you can!!!

Only take quarters, despite a load being over $6. It's very dirty inside. Don't drop anything on the floor

If you pay for "wash and fold" I hope you're ready for "soak, semi-dry and toss in a bag". Tried twice, never again. Staff hate their life and have the worst attitude. Also the place is not very clean.

Expensive af! They tried charging me over 100$ to wash my comforter I got at target ! I might as well by a whole new comforter for that price .

Absolute madness, 4.75 for a wash with a small washing space? I could go to other laundry places where i could wash and dry and still cost 75 cents cheaper.

Overpriced already and quarter machine gave me $19.25 worth of quarters for $20. Dryer also left tons of lint

It serves its purpose. Laundry is expensive but what do you expect in Back Bay. People's expectations are way too high. It's a laundromat and dry cleaners and they do their job.
