The man who works there is extremely rude and rushed us out the door with damp clothes. Our clothes needs one more cycle and he wouldn’t allow us to put one more quarter in the dryer for 7 extra minutes because they were “closing soon” and “he doesn’t get paid enough to wait for customers”. Will not be coming here again.

Could not get anyone to answer the phone while sitting in the laundrymat in addition to that the 2.75 machine didn't rinse my clothes nor did the 2.75 or 3.75 wash my clothes. Machines spend 5 of 15 minutes washing the rest of the time is rinsing

Lots of broken machines, closes too early and the woman who minds the place is as mean as a snake! In my opinion this is a pretty sorry laundramat. There are better ones nearby.

So I went to the laundromat near our home since our washing machine was insubordinate this morning. Low and behold the intolerable. I felt something on my leg and looked down. A Roach. Looking around now and his friends are looking for him. You have been informed.

My experience since New ownership has taken over has been unacceptable. As a customer bathroom is locked with no attendant throughout the day. Change machine always inoperable (No quarters). Now as I sit-in-wait for clothes used $5 in 4 dryers 1hour 1/2 later all of my clothing still ice cold from when i put them in after wash. (No Heat element)! Please refund my money B&B Laundromat or address& number where customers can retrieve refunds please?💰 💸
