I had five dollars on my AnyTime Laundry card. The Machine took three dollars off my card started for two seconds stopped and asked for another payment. I didn't have enough to wash my clothes and no worker was there to help.

We are very sorry that happened. The next time you are in have the attendant contact me and we will get your card refunded and then some for your trouble.

Could you please elaborate? We have attendants on staff nearly everyday from 8AM-11PM. Keeping up with floors, bathrooms and keeping machines clean. They are there to ensure the laundromat stays cleaner and more ‘sanitary’ than any of our competitors.

First time here, and it was great. Machines look new and are clean. Loading a card to wash and dry clothes was easy. I'm definitely coming back to do my laundry.
