I don't know what's wrong with the people who work here, the laundry is excellent but the staff is very rude and they even bother asking for the bathroom... excellent place to wash but they don't treat people who speak Spanish well either. of its employees.

Love the cleanliness and all and this is totally my fault but I loaded like $7 into the wrong washing machine and wouldn't return my quarters at all

I really like Anytime Laundry. I thought they were all the same. Not so. This o e does NOT use the card I received at two other locations. In fact, there is also no way to pay by credit card. You have to use cash only to receive tokens for the machines. You also cannot get change for larger bills. Very disappointed. I now have credit I can't use here on my "laundry" card as well as tokens that likely won't work elsewhere.
Update: Thank you for responding. Distracted by my kids, I failed to realize that I had received dollar coins. The attendant was unavailable behind a locked door. So there was no one to ask about the card. I've updated the score as this establishment WAS clean and all machines in good order. I apologize for despairing your establishment and have removed "scam" from my comments.

The only reason I’m reviewing this place as three stars is because my boyfriend and I was there last Sunday between the hours of 2am-5am there was an employee working, an older skinny tall lady (said she’d only been working for about three weeks), from the moment I pulled up she walked up to me stared at my boyfriend and I while we were getting out of the car having a conversation she interrupted us and said “are you okay?” I replied “yes, why? I’m just having a conversation with my boyfriend”, she then said “oh well your face didn’t seem like you were okay”.. I thought that was very strange but I laughed it off. I go inside and she comes over to where we are and gets really close to me and is telling me how to do my laundry and not to put my laundry beads in there, don’t just shove laundry in there (which I wasn’t at all I sort my laundry), etc.. the whole time she kept coming up to me trying to tell me what to do. The worker later was flirting with customers and one of them proceeds to smack her butt in the front of other customers. Some lady’s later came in to play slot machines and when they walk in she starts speaking Spanish to some Mexican woman (she’s white and wasn’t speaking Spanish) & the women even told her they didn’t like that and felt disrespected. As I’m leaving to go put my laundry out into my car after she’d been in my face and told me what to do all night I was irritated, she comes outside and tries to help me and I politely tell her to “please don’t touch my stuff”, I’m sorry but I like my personal space, she responds and says excuse me and I told her that I wasn’t a people person and I’m shy to strangers so she throws my items that she had in her hand in the trunk of my car, she also put her finger in my face and told me I wasn’t aloud back at that laundromat, I had a nasty attitude, etc.. my boyfriend comes around the corner not knowing what happened yet and she yells at him that “he needs to teach me how to behave.” I’m an adult, not a child lol. We just left after that. I’ve been going to this laundromat for six months now, never had any problems, all the other employees were not in my face the whole night bossing me around...they were very polite, this laundromat is super friendly and super clean. I’d rate this a FIVE Star ⭐️ but I wanted to bring this to the owners attention. Thank you.

I am a night owl and enjoy the ability to do my laundry at night when there are fewer folks around and there are more machines available. The building has always been kept up and I have never had any issues there as a single female doing my laundry later at night. Safe, clean, open "Anytime" makes a great combo for me.

They have a stable laundry mat. They have vending machines, its clean. They have a little baby playground inside, kids are always accupied.

Staff is rude, and does not speak English. So when a problem arises you don't have much luck. Staff also stole $20.00 that was dropped off for me from NTS as one of there machines had malfunctioned. When asked about it they don't understand what I'm saying. Owner even called me said he would handle it and then he did not even get in touch with me again. Not good business.

I lost $7 in the machine yesterday. I was so sad because there is a Sanitize button on the washer machine which I didn’t know about. I was trying to select the HOT temperature button. Before I knew it the machine told me to insert another $7. I was like Manager this machine just took my last $7. The young lady helped me was so very nice she was not argumentative she could tell that I was upset. The manager just happened to be in the laundry mat at the time. I was able to get my money back and she helped me restart the machine. So coddles to the worker. I didn’t get her name. 🫶🏾

Laundromat was spotless !!!! Every machine was working. The price is cheaper than back home. I love how many options they have to pay for machines. Quarters, dollar coins and even an app. The attendant was very friendly and works her butt off to keep the place looking neat and tidy. I will not go anywhere else to do my laundry. This place is very impressive. Good job !!!!!!!!

This laundromat is the nicest one I've been to in the Omaha area. Lots of huge machines, brightly lit, clean, TVs on kids programming, a play area for little ones, wifi password posted for customer use, plenty of rolling baskets, and nice vending machines. I don't use a laundromat often, but when I do, I would happily go there again!
