I went at 8:55pm on 4/18/19.........just to dry some socks and towels.....and dude with so called dreads attending first lied about being closed-I felt he did not tell the truth, I started to leave I decided to find out myself.....there were others inside still washng. This ignorant custodian locked the door before he was suppose to. Then later told me he was "closing at 9pm TODAY". One person let me in. I just came to dry. This man was so belligerent and ignorant, that I will make it my business to tell my circle to NEVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! THAT MAN WITH SHORT DREADS EVEN WENT TO TRY TO THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME. I TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD AND CALL AND I WILL MAKE IT A POINT TO TALK TO MANAGEMENT THE NEXT DAY AND HOPE HE LOSE HIS JOB. I HOPE THAT MANAGEMENT WILL FIRST TELL THE BOY TO STOP LYING TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT HOURS, STOP YELLING AND ARGUING WITH CUSTOMERS TRYING TO SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESS AND DRY THEIR ITEM WITHIN THE PROPER HOUR. AS A WORKING PROFESSIONAL I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE TREATED THE WAY I WAS LAST NIGHT. I WAS HEADED TO ROBINSDALE.....BUT DECIDED TO SUPPORT HOOD......AND THIS WHAT HAPPENED. BUT WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THIS AGAIN CAUSE EVEN THO IT'S CLOSE, I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN. SHAME ON THE ESTABLISHMENT.
