Their machines do not get your clothes clean
Greetings my customer. I apologize if there was a mistake with your washing. Being in business for 9years and close to the 10th we strive to provide All of our customer with quality services and machines. On your next visit I advise you to speak with staff so they can assist you with getting the best wash possible. thank you for your business. 🙂
Horrible service.. Always something wrong and the attendant is very rude... I used to go here regularly because it's right across the street.. last 2 times I went there service was horrible.. last wash was an hour early than usual.. And the second time neither change machine worked.. several other times the Dryers weren't working right..

I really like this place but I keep running into problems. We are told to not use too much detergent on the white small washers but even when you do so, my clothes comes out drenched in water. I'm then told that the person before me may have done so but how am I supposed to know that? When I put my softener in the correct compartment it don't go into the laundry then I'm told to put it in the detergent compartment or any running compartment. It makes no sense. They offer me free washing and drying everytime but sometimes I got places to be. Please fix those machines

Unfortunately the front loader machine that your speaking about are energy efficient and U can save on detergent and still get a great wash so pls use less for best outcome. I love All Washed Up! I use their wash and fold and dry cleaning services regularly. Everything comes back expertly cared for at a great price. The staff also go out of their way to be friendly and support the customers.
Also, although I don't use the service, I think it's really great they offer rides to the laundromat for those who may have mobility issues or lack of transportation. I highly recommend supporting this Black woman-owned, Northside business!
