Machine ate my change. I tried pushing the coin drop button to get them back and it wouldn't give it back to me. It dropped in a drop box that's locked. Used my card for 50 cents. Held $15. First time here. Not impressed.

Convenient is about all i can say, our dryer is broken in our apartment so had to bring clothes to wash and dry here. Lets just say we hope it gets replaced soon so we dont have to come back. Complete mess in here, sun shines im making it uncomfertable to sit anywhere, so many machines out of order and dryers barely work forcing you to pay more to keep running it. Miss the laundry mat on 41st and marion they at least kept clean, working machines and had arcade games to keep kids busy. Put some blinds in maybe on south windows or at least some film on them dryers on south side burn you to the touch with sun beating on them
