This car wash is OK if you use cash. But when I use my card, it always charges me more than the button that I’ve pushed and I always get the lower end car wash and have to pay the higher price. I have not found a phone number that connects to a human being so there’s no reason for them to return my money.Not the greatest car wash on the planet either but if your car is super dirty and you just don’t wanna brush up against a dirty car it’s suffices and the prices are decent, but again only if you use cash.

Bay 2- the under carriage wash doesn't stay on while you drive into the wash. The wash is not great. The dryer is a joke. There was still soap on the right side of my vehicle. There is no phone number posted anywhere. I looked them up & called...the number is no longer working. I didn't spend more money using the vaccum or cleaning supplies like I had planned.

RED’S LAWN SERVICE

Went to wash my truck at 5 star as my usual place was closed for the day. I went through the automatic wash ($10, the most expensive wash option). Went in and it started, half way through I noticed it wasn’t rinsing my driver side window or windshield. I looked up and the nozzle that’s supposed to be doing driver side is pointed to the passenger side and isn’t moving like it should. I don’t see a number to call so not sure when it’ll be fixed. After I got back I took a sponge to one area and you can see the wash didn’t clean anything. The white clean area is where I lightly rubbed the sponge and you can see the difference.

1 Star Wash is more like it. Two out of three automatic wash bays were closed. I pushed the button for an $8 wash and was charged $10. Pretty weak wash and dry. Plus, soap was left all over the car, so then they got $4 more out of us so we could rinse that off in one of the self-service bays. Take your money somewhere else.

This place is a SCAM!! Please do not go here, I never leave reviews but this place was so awful i wish i could give 0 stars. They falsely advertise a price of $3.50 for the car wash and charge you more than 3x the amount for less than 15minutes of using the equipment. Same thing with the dog wash but you get charged $20! Absolute rip off. There’s also no signage or clear instructions on price, timing, etc. ANYWHERE. I’ve had to resort to disputing the charges with my bank because there is ZERO contact information at the facility or anywhere online. There’s a little sign that says to leave a name and number in the mailbox for assistance, but no mailbox on the property…They have absolutely no management or recourse available for problems that may arise, however plenty of security cameras watching your every move and threatening to charge hundreds in fines for various infractions. Save your money/a headache and just go somewhere else.

Honestly, great place first time using it. Vacuums are great affordable. The suction power is great. I use the self car wash as well and the time was perfect. Everything was working great

Took forever for the automatic car wash to start working, just kept flashing back up even before i pulled in . Then therude trash man watching my every moves wants to yell and curse at me for what makes his job easier. Oh and the car wash doesn’t even get all the soap off your car.

I'm little bummed to pay for the Premium car wash, which was $10, and my van still has dirt all over it.
It wasn't that dirty to begin with, I just wanted the pollen off.
My window has streaks on it also.
I won't be back unfortunately.

Visited on 02/10/35. Paid $10 for the best automatic wash. Should have just drove by and threw my $10 out the window. Watched a spot of bird crap on my windshield the entire time, waiting for it to be washed off - it never even washed a tiny bit off. Other areas of my car that had been bombed by birds looked exactly the same. Don't waste your money here.
